  Installing and configuring Dialogic boards
1 Install the Dialogic cards in the PCI slots on the Voice Services machine and attach the CTBus cable as described in the fold-out installation instructions pamphlet inside the Dialogic board box.
2 Start the Voice Services machine.
3 Configure the new hardware following these instructions.
4 Insert Dialogic CD and run Setup following these instructions.
5 Create a shortcut for the Dialogic Configuration Manager (DCM) on your Windows desktop.
If you selected the default installation location for the Dialogic setup, the file will be: C:\Program Files\Dialogic\Bin\ncm.exe.
6 Start the Dialogic Configuration Manager and complete this procedure.
7 Create a shortcut to ISDIAG on your Windows desktop.
If you selected the default installation location, the file will be: C:\Program Files\Dialogic\Bin\isdiag.exe.
ISDIAG is a tool used to troubleshoot ISDN connectivity. It will be discussed in Verifying T1/E1 configuration.
9 Modify the gcconfig file following these instructions.
