Adding rows

To insert a row	Do this
above the selected row	Choose Table Operations > Insert Rows.
below the selected row	Choose Table Operations > Insert Rows After.

Adding columns

To insert a column	Do this
to the left of the selected column	Choose Table Operations > Insert Columns.
to the right of the selected column	Choose Table Operations > Insert Columns After.

Deleting rows and columns

To delete	Do this
the selected row	Choose Table Operations > Delete Rows.
the selected column	Choose Table Operations > Delete Columns.
