If the integrity of the information becomes compromised, you may need to roll back part or all of the previous migration. This involves deleting migrated objects from your FirstClass server and making sure that the changes are reflected on Microsoft Exchange. FirstClass Migrator provides an integrated Migration Status Log synchronization tool to facilitate your migration rollback.
This tool verifies each Microsoft Exchange object's migration status against the FirstClass Directory. If the CID contained in the Migration Status Log does not exist within the FirstClass Directory, the object's migration status is automatically reset.

FirstClass Migrator does not verify the migration status of messages (since they don't have CIDs). To roll back message migration, you must delete the corresponding FirstClass conferences containing those messages.
If you are using FirstClass Migrator with the FirstClass Connector, migration rollback is more complicated because accounts are likely hidden from the Global Address List. If this is the case, you must manually unhide the accounts using Tools > Unhide Hidden Accounts before performing Migration Status Log synchronization.
Further, if the accounts were migrated with the "Forward received messages to the corresponding FirstClass account using FirstClass Connector" option enabled, you must make sure this feature is still enabled in the Application Settings form before synchronizing the Migration Status Log.
