 Applying a background image to a subgroup of users In a blended FirstClass environment where some users are using FirstClass ED and others have no access to it, you will need to modify from where the default Desktop is modelled. For new users that do not use FirstClass ED, you would typically apply their default Desktop background through a subgroup that FirstClass ED users are not members of (e.g. Non-FirstClass ED Users).
When you have chosen which group this will be or have created a new group for this function:
1 Open the group.
2 Select the Preferences tab.
3 Set "Desktop Layout" to "Copy from Model".
 4 Open the Model Desktop and change the view properties to apply the desired Desktop background image.
5 Close the Model Desktop and click OK.
6 Open the All Users group.
7 Click the Preferences tab.
8 Set "Desktop Layout" to "Default".
9 Click OK.
