This is your Offline Conferences container. It's the place to store links to any conferences that you want to monitor while you are working offline.
These conferences will show up in an Offline Conferences container on your offline Desktop. Each time FirstClass Personal replicates, it checks these conferences online for unread messages. If it finds an unread message, it copies that message to the offline version of that conference. And if it finds a new message in your offline version of the conference, that you sent since the last replication, it copies that message to the online conference.
To specify a conference that you want to monitor offline:
1 Select the conference.
2 Press Shift and drag the conference to the Offline Conferences container to make a link to it.
Do this with every conference that you want to monitor offline.
