Guidelines for good results
Avoid dark colors in pictures that may be used as backgrounds, because unread flags and some icons do not show up well against them.
Make sure your picture fits on the lowest resolution, smallest screen used in your organization.
High resolution PICTs will be blank when viewed on Windows platforms if you just paste them directly into the settings file. To avoid this, use a different file format for high resolution pictures.
