Performs the same function as a fast shutdown.
Debug
Logging
Set logging levels for all Voice Services functions. Logging levels will return to 0 the next time VS is started. Logging is only used in troubleshooting VS issues and levels must always be returned to 0 for everyday use.
Show free memory
Displays the Windows machine's total free memory on the console.
Display channel status
Displays the current state of all channels.
A channel that is up and waiting for a call would look similar to the following:
0 dxxxB1C1 state 4 B 0 D 1,  blocked 0 SetChan 0 drop 0
where:
0 = Channel
dxxxB1C1 = resource reference
state 4 = wait for call (there is a list of states from 0 to 51)
B= b-channel
0 = not blocked (1 would be blocked)
D = d-channel
1 = up (0 would be down)
blocked, SetChan and drop may be used by customer support during troubleshooting, if required.
This option will not be available if you are running Voice Services with no hardware.
Show alias list
Displays the Voice Services alias list to the console. The alias list includes the following two parts:
•       user alias list:
user's name, DN, ClientID, Primary organizational unit ID, Directory organizational unit ID
•       organizational unit alias list:
organizational unit Name, Organizational unit ID, Language preference for this OU, TUI preference for this OU, Revert DN for this OU, DN prefix for this OU, Dialing restrictions for this OU.
Display statistics
Displays the following statistics since Voice Services was last started:
•       number of logon session and messages created
•       number of call answer sessions and messages created
•       number of inbound fax sessions and pages received
•       number of outbound fax sessions (faxback) and pages sent
•       total number of all voice sessions (logon and call answer) and total messages created
Maintenance
Reset channel
If a channels is not responding, reset the channel by choosing Reset channel. A dialog box will prompt you to enter the channel number to reset.
This option will not be available if you are running Voice Services with no hardware.
Put B channel OOS (T1 PRI only)
Presents a dialog box to enter the channel you wish to place out-of-service. If you want all channels placed out-of-service, enter -1.
Put B channel InService (T1 PRI only)
Presents a dialog box to enter the channel you wish to place in-service. If you want all channels placed in-service, enter -1.
Put B channel in Maint (T1 PRI only)
Presents a dialog box to enter the channel you wish to place in maintenance. If you want all channels placed out-of-service, enter -1.
When a channel is in maintenance, the VS console will display the following:
T1 PRI maintenance 1032 xxx
where 1032 is the code for maintenance and xxx is the channel number.
When a channel is in maintenance, a direct call to that channel will hear a busy tone.
Disable D channel (T1 PRI only)
Presents a dialog box to enter the D channel you wish to disable. If you want all channels placed out-of-service, enter -1.
Enable D channel (T1 PRI only)
Presents a dialog box to enter the D channel you wish to enable. If you want all channels placed in-service, enter -1.
Display D channel status (T1 PRI only)
Shows whether the D channel is connected and up.
Message indicator
Clear
Presents a dialog box to enter the DN of the user whose message waiting indicator you wish to clear.
Set
Presents a dialog box to enter the DN of the user whose message waiting indicator you wish to set.
Audit
Initiates an MWI audit to reset the MWI for all users.
Server
Shutdown
Polite shutdown
Waits until all current sessions have completed (while not allowing any new sessions) and then shuts down Voice Services.
Fast shutdown
Forces off all current sessions and shuts down Voice Services.
Display server config
Displays selected settings from the Voice Services Administration form's General and Numbers tabs to the console.
Retrieve server config
After making changes to the Voice Services Administration form, the server configuration file must be reloaded.
Changes to some fields (listed here) require a Voice Services restart.  
Load config file
Reloads the debug parameters from the Voice Services debug file (FCServer/vs/CONFIG/Vssvcs).
