Your FirstClass system logs all disk activity in its disk use statistics files. The Log Analyzer allows you to run analyses of this activity.
Disk use analysis settings
The disk use analysis preferences what information is generated and displayed in your disk use analyses. To set the disk use analysis preferences:
1 Open Log Analyzer.
2 Click Settings.
3 Click Server/Disk Use
4 Click Disk Use Log.

Set the number of Top Disk Space Users you want to view in your analysis. |
Enter the number you desire in that field. |
Include the administrator in the list of top disk space users. |
Select Include Admin. |
Only show users with special privileges in the disk use analysis. |
Select Show Privileged Users Only. |
Viewing the disk use analysis
When processing is complete, click View in the Log Analyzer main window to see the disk use analysis.
Disk Use tab |
Displays all users registered on a particular volume, and other details such as user privileges and user space. |
Volume Details tab |
Displays volume specific disk use summaries. This is useful when processing multiple disk use files that have several volumes registered on them. Click a volume in the navigation bar to view the disk use details of all users registered to it. |
