About fixed lists
A fixed list expands to hold multiple entries in a fixed size field. If there are more entries than can be seen in the field, a scroll bar is displayed.
 Fixed lists are used with database extensions. Extensions can add to a fixed list field automatically or accept input when a user chooses an item on the list.Adding fixed lists
1 Choose Fields > Extensions > Fixed List.
2 Add this field to the form.
3 Update the following fields on the Contents tab of the Field Attributes form as required:
