Licensing Log Analyzer
For evaluation purposes, you can use Log Analyzer in Demo mode without a license. However, only the first 1000 lines from each statistics file will be processed. We recommend that you purchase a Log Analyzer license and apply it to your server.
To apply the Log Analyzer license:
If you are running FirstClass 8.3, apply the license from the Licensing tab of the System Profile form. This method does not require you to shut down your server.
If you are running FirstClass 8.2 or earlier:
1 Shut down the FirstClass server
2 Start FirstClass Tools.
3 Choose Configure > Add License.
4 Click Browse.
5 Select the Log Analyzer license file that Open Text provided (nnnnnnn.LIC).
6 Click OK.
