Mail rules tell FirstClass how to handle your copy of messages that you send, messages that you receive in your Mailbox, and messages that are received by conferences.
You can use mail rules to filter spam, to file newsletters into a specific folder or conference, and to file late assignments automatically as they are submitted to a conference.
