Form tabs
Use this form to customize your web site pages. The settings that you configure on this form are the default settings for your FirstClass information when rendered to the web. Your users can override some of these changes, and personalize their web view using the client.

Display tab
Use this tab to set the number of items per pages, the number of items downloaded from a conference, page width, menu items, and icon size for your web site.
Primary web interface
Allows you to choose the default template set for your site.
You can choose FirstClass Classic, FirstClass Enhanced, Simplified Mail Only (webmail templates), Livelink, or Mobile templates. For information on displaying different template sets, see Displaying different web client interfaces.
Menu
Controls the position of the menu items and whether to display text plus small icons, or just buttons.
Text Left menu width
The width, in pixels, of the navigational bar on the left side where menu items are displayed when set to Text Left.
Icon size
Controls the size of the icons displayed.
Page width
The overall table width. This number can be in either pixels or a percentage. If you are using pixels, type just the number, for example, 300. If using a percentage, type the number and percent sign.
Number of columns
The number of columns for folders and conferences in List view.
List page size
The maximum number of items per page. For best performance, do not set the maximum number of items per page to more than 50. If you have a slower server, it is recommended that you don't set this number to more than 30.
Keep threads together
Check this box to display threads in their entirety. This occurs even if the threads extend beyond the normal page size.
List download size
The number of items downloaded from a conference listing. By default, 100 items are downloaded. Administrators with many users that have modems or slow connections may want to set this number to 50 - 75 for better performance.
Site name
Identifies the site to which this form pertains.
This is useful if you are running multiple sites each with its own .sitepref form, see Understanding the web site structure.
Include footer
Includes the content of the field at the bottom of your web page.
Appearance tab
Use this tab to set your color and font preferences for your web site.
Themes
Lets you select a predetermined color and tab scheme for your web site. Choose Custom if you want to determine your own fonts and colors.
Colors subtab
Use this subtab to set page, toolbar, title, and row colors for your web site. All colors are configured in standard RGB numbers.
Toolbars
Sets the color of navigation bars.
Navigation Button
Sets the color of the navigation buttons. The navigation buttons appear if you selected Buttons Top or Buttons Bottom for "Menu" in the [Link]Display tab.
Highlighted tab
Sets the color of the current highlighted tab if you select Livelink for "Primary web interface" in the [Link]Display tab.
Forms
Sets the color of forms and message envelopes.
Form body
Sets the color of the body on any form.
Pages
Sets the color of the web pages on the user's Desktop.
Page titles
Sets the color of page titles.
Section titles
Sets the color of section titles and other subheadings.
Table headings
Sets the color for table headings.
Column headings
Sets the color for column headings in List view.
Even rows
Sets the color for even rows in List view.
Odd rows
Sets the color for odd rows in List view.
Fonts subtab
Use this subtab to set titles and text font attributes for your web site.
Page titles
Sets the font for the title of a page. Not visible in conferences or folders in List view, or in calendar views.
Secondary page titles
Sets the font for the second title on a page (only visible in calendar views).
Summary bar text
Sets the font for the page summary text at the top of each page.
Section titles
Sets the font for section titles.
Table headings
Sets the font of the text used for each heading on a table.
Listings text
Sets the font for text in List view.
Standard text
Sets the font for all the text in the envelope on a form.
Guide text
Sets the font of the text for a field name.
Form fields
Sets the font of the text used for each field on a form.
Button text
Sets the font of the text used on buttons.
Navigation text
Sets the font for text in the menu that is displayed on each web page.
Images tab
Use this tab to apply background images to your web pages.
Background image
The picture file of the background image you want to use for web pages.
Small company logo
The file name and URL of the picture file you want to use as your company logo, plus the tooltip you want displayed when users hover the cursor over this logo.
Advertising banner
The file name and URL of the picture file you want to use as your advertising banner, plus the tooltip you want displayed when users hover the cursor over this banner.
