Internet Services supports both File Transfer Protocol (FTP) and Common Internet File System/Server Message Block (CIFS/SMB) protocols to access shared files.
Using the FTP folder, located in the Internet Services folder on the administrator’s Desktop, you can make files available for download on your FirstClass system. Using CIFS/SMB, you can mount your entire FirstClass Desktop as a remote drive and access FirstClass containers and uploaded files.
