Refresh and Reset LEDs buttons
The Refresh button will refresh all data on the Voice Services Monitor (on all tabs) to the current time, but will not reset any totals. The Voice Services Monitor refreshes automatically every three seconds.
Clicking Reset LEDs on the Voice Services Monitor form will reset all values on all tabs, not just the ones on the tab you have currently selected for viewing.



Summary tab
VS summary
These statistics are current from the last restart of Voice Services.

Inbound calls
The total number of inbound voice and fax calls processed by VS.
Outbound calls
The total number of outbound calls initiated through VS, includes thru-dial, call transfer, call sender.
Connection time
The total connection time for all phone session types. This includes the time leaving messages and faxes as well as the time retrieving messages and faxes by phone.
Messages delivered
The total number of messages delivered, includes voice and fax messages.
Size
The total size of all items received. The size variable will change depending on the size (KB, MB).
VS start time
The date and time of the last VS restart.
Resources
Server resource tasks, channels, voice, fax and text-to-speech (TTS) sessions are displayed, showing the number of available vs. the number currently in use, as well as a graphic display of the percentage.



Voice tab
Session statistics are recorded from the last time Voice Services was started or from the last time the Reset button was clicked (whichever is most recent).

Call answer
Sessions
The total number of times Voice Services was accessed to leave voice messages.
Connection time
The total connection time for all call answering sessions.
Messages left
The total number of voice messages left for all FirstClass Unified Communications users.
Size
The total size of all incoming voice messages.
TUI logins
Sessions
The total number of times Voice Services was accessed by phone for message retrieval.
Connection time
The total time for all voice message collection by phone access.
Messages recorded
The total number of outgoing voice messages recorded by FirstClass Unified Communications users.
Size
The total size of all outgoing voice messages recorded by FirstClass Unified Communications users.
Totals
Sessions
The total voice sessions (voice messages left and voice messages retrieved by phone access).
Items
The total number of voice messages created (by callers and FirstClass Unified Communications users).
Size
The total size of all voice messages.
Connection time
The total time for all voice messages left and voice message collection by phone access.



Fax tab
Session statistics are recorded from the last time Voice Services was started or from the last time the Reset button was clicked (whichever is most recent).

Incoming faxes
Sessions
The total number of times Voice Services was accessed for fax delivery.
Connection time
The total connection time used to receive all faxes.
Pages
The total number of fax pages received. Whether users have selected to receive faxes in PCX format (one attachment per page) or DCX format (one attachment for all pages), the Voice Services Monitor counts the total number of incoming pages, not the number of attachments.
Size
The total size of all faxes received.
Outgoing faxes
This is the total number of faxes that were retrieved using the same-call FaxBack feature.
Sessions
The total number of faxback sessions.
Connection time
The total connection time used for all faxback sessions.
Pages
The total number of pages faxed out by faxback.
Size
The total size of all faxes retrieved using faxback.
Totals
Sessions
The total number of fax sessions processed by Voice Services.
Pages
The total number of fax pages received and sent.
Size
The total size of all faxes received and sent.
Connection time
The total connection time used for fax receipt or delivery.



TTS tab

Peak TTS engines
The highest number of concurrent text-to-speech engine engines used since last reset.
Total sessions
The number of text-to-speech engines currently in use.
Time used
The total time used by VS for TTS.
Licensed TTS engines
The number of text-to-speech engines your system is licensed for.
License limit alert
During regular use, the LED will be green.
If the text-to-speech license limit is reached since the LED was last cleared (click Clear), the LED will be amber.
If all TTS engines are currently in use the LED will be amber.
If the text-to-speech license limit has been exceeded since the LED was last cleared (click Clear), the LED will be red.
If there are no TTS engines available, the LED will be red.
If the LED is red you should consider increasing the number of text-to-speech licenses on your system.



MWI

MWI Audit
Click Start Audit to initialize a full MWI audit of all user Mailboxes. The MWI will only set the most recent MWI request for each userID.
You can also run the MWI audit manually from the Voice Services console menu.
To configure Voice Services to run the MWI audit at Voice Services startup time and each time the Voice gateway reconnects to the server, select Run MWI audit when reconnect to core server on the MWI tab of the Voice Services Administration form.
MWI activity
Set
This is the number of times the MWI was activated by Voice Services.
Cleared
This is the number of times the MWI was cleared by FirstClass Unified Communications users.



Resources
The LEDs on this tab graphically display the status of VS resources in use vs. available. The number of resources displayed will vary depending on your system configuration.
