If you also use Open Text Social Media (OTSM), you'll see your OTSM communities on your FirstClass Desktop. You can go to these communities directly from FirstClass.
To go to your OTSM home page, click the Communities navigation button. Your web browser opens and you are automatically logged into OTSM.
To go to a particular OTSM community, double-click it on your FirstClass Desktop.
To see your OTSM profile information, double-click the FCXResume document in the Profile container on your FirstClass Desktop.
To see others' OTSM profile information, open the context menu from their names, then choose BlueField Profile.
